Job Description:

• Work with the team to provide full-service PR support for the Group, to maintain and enhance the Company’s positive image among stakeholders

• Be prepared to lead one or more of the following areas:

• 1) Community projects – Liaise with external parties, coordinate with internal departments, and supervise vendors to ensure the smooth running of CSR and sports events and activities, as well as proper, formal, and timely reporting for continuous improvement

• 2) Tour services - Deliver professional, engaging and informative tours and hospitality services for VIPs, guests, and school groups. Develop creative and compelling content for corporate, branding and marketing purposes

• 3) Customer Service - Respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner, and provide high-quality customer service across various communication channels

• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Hospitality and Tourism, Customer Service, Marketing, Public Relations, or related disciplines

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese). Knowledge of Japanese preferred but not compulsory 

• Hands-on experience in copywriting, editorial work, content creation, customer service, public relations, event management or tourism-related industries will be an advantage

• Good project and event management skills with a proven ability to execute projects within tight deadlines

• A passionate storyteller with a customer centric mindset 

• A team player with a positive mindset and good interpersonal & analytical skills 

• Good command of basic MS Office applications and presentation software, familiar with AI tools and related applications

• Willingness to work overtime and on weekends if necessary 

• Occasional business travel may be required when necessary
