About the role

NME Public Relations and Marketing Limited is seeking a talented Graphic Designer (Event and Marketing) to join our creative team on a full-time basis. Based in the Tsuen Wan District, this role is central to bringing our clients' visions to life through compelling visual design. You will be responsible for creating impactful marketing materials and event collateral that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement across multiple channels. This position plays a crucial part in our agency's ability to deliver outstanding creative solutions to our diverse clientele.

What you'll be doing

• Design visually appealing marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, banners and digital assets

• Develop creative concepts and visual identities for events, product launches and promotional campaigns

• Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to translate client briefs and objectives into compelling graphic designs

• Create print and digital designs that align with client brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency

• Prepare design files for various production methods including print, web and multimedia formats

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously whilst maintaining high-quality standards and meeting strict deadlines

• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and clients, iterating on designs to achieve the desired final product

• Stay updated with current design trends, tools and industry best practices to ensure innovative solutions

• Support the team in conceptualising ideas during brainstorming sessions and contribute creative input to campaigns

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field

• Proven experience of 2-4 years in graphic design, preferably in marketing, advertising or event design

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills and ability to work across various design styles and formats

• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and layout composition

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients

• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Knowledge of web design principles and experience with UI/UX design is advantageous

• Familiarity with photography editing and video production basics is a plus

• Fluency in English and Cantonese is preferred; Mandarin is advantageous
