Noah's Ark Hotel & Resort - offers cozy and unforgettable stay for both local and international park visitors. To cope with our expansion, we are now looking for high caliber candidates for the job vacancy!


What you need to do:

  • Responsible for the daily operation of front desk
  • Handle guest's enquiries & complaints in a professional manner
  • Contribute to the smooth running of Front Office

Who are we looking for?

  • 1 year of experience in Customer Service
  • Good command in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • You will have an advantage of you are/ have
  • Experience in Hospitality Industry
  • Graduates in Hospitality Management or related fields
  • Proficient in the use of Front Office OPERA System
