We are seeking 2 new Training Assistants to join our Coffee Team because of business expansion. 

On the job, you will: 

• Participate in training sessions for staff which include but not limited to coffee training, operations, customer service, team building and others
• Coordinate with the operations team and keep track of training schedule
• Maintain training database and consolidate training reports for management review
• Manage stores’ coffee machine maintenance
• Assist in ad-hoc duties, activities or projects when required

You will work on:

• Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 (5-day working)

We are looking for someone who is:

• Associate Degree or  Higher Diploma or above 
• 1 year or above Barista experience
• Proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written English and Chinese
