The Marketing Intern is responsible for the marketing activities and administrative works in Marketing Department. The main scope of accountabilities includes but is not limited to:

Job Duties

• Support day-to-day marketing activities, campaigns, meetings, and assigned projects

• Assist in preparing digital, social media, and other marketing communication materials

• Help coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on project arrangements, quotations, and follow-ups

• Prepare and check supporting documents for promotional material approval

• Provide logistics support for congresses, CME meetings, patient talks, and related events

• Assist with marketing materials management, including inventory, delivery, and materials room coordination

• Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support to the marketing team as needed
  

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students in Science, Business or Medical related discipline with strong interests in pharmaceutical industry

• Proactive, a good team player with positive working attitude

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good in spoken and written in English and Chinese

• Proficiency in MS Office skills

• Previous internship experience in digital / PR / events coordination / project management is preferred but not a must

• Able to work for at least 2 or above per week and immediately available is highly preferred
