Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly meticulous and reliable Paymaster/Accounting Officer to manage the critical dual responsibilities of payroll and general accounting. This pivotal role ensures the accurate and timely compensation of all our colleagues while supporting the overall financial integrity of the hotel. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with impeccable integrity and a strong commitment to accuracy.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end monthly payroll for all employees with 100% accuracy and timeliness.

• Maintain and update the payroll system with all staff changes, bonuses, and deductions.

• Ensure full compliance with HK statutory requirements, including MPF and tax filings.

• Handle all payroll inquiries and calculate final settlements for departing staff.

• Support the accounts team with month-end closing, reconciliations, and audit schedules.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience processing payroll.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting/payroll software.

• Impeccable attention to detail, high integrity, and respect for confidentiality.
