NTML Group is currently looking for a Quality and Operation Coordinator to join our rapidly growing HK based team. The role will be focused on working with factory and production teams to assist in ensuring the day to day operational work flow of the quality department run smoothly and products are able to smoothly get to market.

We are looking for a who is experienced in problem solving and a can do attitude is a must 

Role: 
To assist in quality assurance related administration and booking coordination
To conduct daily monitoring, maintenance, and filing of all official documentations 
To collate from support team ensure timely manner
Assist in the implementation of quality assurance operation or additional work flow updates or process 
Manage day-to-day operation workflow, assist on workflow transformation and change.
Ad hoc involvement in tasks or projects as assigned by supervisor/team leader 

• Ability to drive efficient and accurate administrative activities within the quality department.
• Ability to manage timelines and deliverables
• Ability to collaborate and understand operational flow and process
• Ability to recommend enhancement and process improvements.
• Ability to follow and adhere to instructions provided in written and oral form
• Ability to function independently and work cohesively within a team

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering, Degree level preferred
Ideally 2/3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, cosmetics packaging preferred but not required
English and Putonghua
Willing and able to travel in China, Korea and Taiwan
Knowledge of Office suite
