Responsibilities:

• Ensure the check-in/out procedures and service up to standard
• Maintain records pertinent to the guests staying in the hotel

• Register incoming guests and ensure registration cards are filled out correctly.
• Communicate guest arrivals, room changes, and special arrangements to relevant departments.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in front office or guest services role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Cantonese and fluent in Mandarin speaking
