Technical Engineer
Job Description
Provide pre-sales, implementation & technical support on Workflow/BPM, ECM/DMS, and Fax Server;
Solve end user daily technical problems and trouble shooting;
Write unit test cases, including extreme cases, usability, and reliability tests.
Job Skills & Requirements
College or University graduate in Information Technology or Computer;
At least 5 years of relevant experience in network, SIP, IP PBAX and system support, working experience with IT Vendor is preferable;
Strong technical proficiency in Linux and MS networks are a MUST, e.g. Red Hat, Ubuntu, Elastic Search, MariaDB, MangoDB or MSSQL, MS Windows Server 2019, 2022, MS Exchange, VMware;
Knowledge in PBAX, SIP and Networking is preferable;
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skill, with strong logical thinking and the ability to handle large datasets;
Have pre-sales and after sales support experience;
Strong analytical and presentation skill;
Experience in writing system documentation;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
Immediate availability in an advantage.
