Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist Product Manager to manage Octopus digital products
• Be customer centric, provide market update and competitive analysis that enables Octopus to stay ahead of competitors
• Set up, collect and study digital analytic results and make recommendations for continuous optimization 
• Assist Product Manager to lead, support and implement new, or enhance, existing digital products
• Coordinate with stakeholders in product design and testing process
• Create an internal knowledge base to support daily service support and manage on-going changes and updates
• Monitor customer comments in App Store, Play Store, digital channels and coordinate internally to provide timely feedback
• Work with cross-functional teams for business requirements and prepare functional specifications on product development and management 
• Assist Product Manager on project management and vendors management
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / business administration / marketing or equivalent, Digital Studies or Digital Marketing stream is preferred
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience, fresh graduate is also welcomed
• Experience in mobile apps / digitals or web projects is a plus
• Hands-on experience in digital analytic tools and MS Office Applications
• Good team player and possess good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills 
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, attentive to details with customer centric mind-set
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
