Job Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day maintenance support to FIN users for Oracle Fusion Cloud e.g. creation of new COA, cost centre
• Work closely with IT system admin to resolve Oracle Fusion Cloud issues on finance related matters
• Provide support and assist line manager on tax/accounting/business related projects (e.g. new products) and assist line manager to assess the financial requirements impact on Oracle Fusion Cloud. Ensure that financial processes are supported by policies, procedures and other relevant user guidance as appropriate
• Participate in project planning, business requirements gathering, and solution design to Oracle Fusion Cloud 
• Assist line manager to coordinate with stakeholders across finance, IT, and business units to drive successful project execution
• Assist in preparing user acceptance test (UAT) scripts and perform UAT for projects 
• Act as back-up of other team members when required
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a related discipline
• Possession of a recognised professional qualification, such as Certified Public Accountant or equivalent is preferred     
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant work experience
• Knowledge in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financial module, hands-on experience with Oracle or other ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
• Good understanding of payment business or banking industry is an advantage     
• Familiarity with SQL and data querying is preferred
• Good inter-personal skills and communication skills, proactive and expressive, and have problem-solving mindset and willing to deep dive into complex business process and data
• Self-motivated, result-driven and capable to work under pressure
• Excellent command of oral and written English and Chinese
