Digital Designer

Responsibilities: 

  • Create high-impact marketing materials (e.g., app banners, social media posts, EDMs etc) tailored to campaign objectives and brand guidelines. Including –
  • App/Website content: In-app screens, navigation elements, landing pages, and promotional banners. 
  • Direct Communications: EDMs, push notifications, in-app messages. 
  • Social Media: Instagram/Facebook posts, Stories, and carousels.
  • Digital Ads: App banners, social media graphics (Facebook, Instagram), Google Display ads.
  • Develop and adapt designs for multiple formats (static, animated, video) and platforms (iOS/Android apps, web, social. instore) that drive user engagement.
  • Maintain consistency in typography, color schemes, and imagery across all customer touchpoints.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related disciplines.
  • Around 3 - 5 years of experience in graphic/digital design, with a portfolio demonstrating marketing assets and app/website UI/UX projects.
  • Lead creative assets ideation and creation for BTL marketing, website and social media. Influential role in creative agency ATL project.
  • Experience designing for mobile-first platforms (iOS/Android) and familiarity with UX principles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma/Sketch. 
  • Knowledge of animation tools and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Proficiency in developing beyond 2D visual, such as 3D modelling, video shooting or editing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
