Job Responsibilities:
- Perform data input and verification work for daily operation
- Prepare daily operation reports
- Handle Octopus merchant enquiries
- Assist supervisor in daily operations and other logistic activities
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the team
- Work at locations other than office premises for project support when required
Requirements:
- Form 5 or DSE graduate with 5 subjects passed, including English, Chinese and Mathematics
- Experience of working at financial institutions would be an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Accurate and fast typing speed of no less than 35 w.p.m.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good numerical sense and able to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service awareness
