Job Description

• Assist with accounting manager to handle full sets of accounts, balance sheet, profit and loss, cashflow report

• Perform daily accounting functions including vouchers inputs, account receivables etc.

• Assist with accounting manager to liaise with auditors and tax advisors for compliance with statutory audit and taxation requirements

• Assist with accounting manager to handle year-end audit including draft audited accounts, supporting schedules 

• Assist with accounting manager to communicate with auditors for tax arrangement;

• Perform ad-hoc assignments as delegated

 Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, LCCI level 3 certification

• 10 years of experience in Accounting and Financial control, logistics sector is preferred

• 5 years of experience to handle full sets of accounts

• Hands-on experience in Sun accounting system,

• Proficient in computer applications (e.g. MS Excel, Word, etc.), strong in excel

• Good command of English and Cantonese

• Independent, capable to work under pressure and meet deadline

• Good analytical skills, proactive and result-oriented approach to problem solving
