About the Role

We are hiring Sales Executives to drive new customer acquisition for our POS solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to demo, proposal and closing — focusing on small to medium businesses in the Retail, F&B and Service sectors.

This role offers attractive commission earnings and clear career progression for candidates who are target-driven and eager to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, messages and meetings

• Conduct product demonstrations tailored to customer needs

• Manage the full sales process from qualification to closing

• Prepare proposals and negotiate with clients

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

• Achieve individual monthly sales targets

• Collaborate with the Marketing team on lead quality and campaign feedback
  
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience

• Experience in retail, F&B, beauty or service industry sales is an advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a strong drive to hit targets

• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach

• Fresh graduates with sales internship experience are welcome to apply
