Sales Manager, Business Solutions

About the Role

OmniWe is looking for a driven and hands-on Sales Manager to lead our Business Success sales team. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, coaching the sales team, and expanding our presence in the SME market across Retail, F&B and Service sectors.

This is a leadership role with strong earning potential through performance-based commission.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain healthy coverage

  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews and provide coaching to improve win rate

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion

  • Support key deals and complex negotiations when required

  • Build a high-performance sales culture based on accountability, collaboration, and results


Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 2 years in a team leadership role

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in SaaS, software or solution selling

  • Experience selling to SMEs (especially in Retail, F&B, Beauty, or Service sectors) is highly preferred

  • Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Proficient in CRM tools
