Responsibilities:

• Meet clients to gather information about the client’s objectives, budget and preferences

• Develop detailed project plans and manage projects with tight timelines

• Liaise with all vendors and suppliers and in house team members throughout all phases of the event

• Manage the budget

• Problem solving and ensure the event run smoothly with high quality and comply with safety standards

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Event Management, Marketing or related disciplines;

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in events or related fields is preferred;

• Creative, strong marketing sense and responsible;

• Energetic, passionate and detail-minded;

• Good team player with strong organizational and planning skills; 

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese;

• Adopt a proactive approach with a strong commitment to overcoming challenges and achieving results
