Responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of corporate events / charity functions

• Sourcing and communicate with vendors

• Collaborate between design, video and event teams

• Daily calendar management and organization

• Provide administrative support and other ad hoc tasks

• Photography and video editing for content creation across all major social media platforms

  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Event Management, Marketing or related disciplines

• Fresh grad are welcomed

• Resourceful, self-motivated, responsible and able to meet tight deadline

• Good team player with strong organizational and planning skills 

• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese

• Good at photography and hand on experience in social media

• Adopt a proactive approach with a strong commitment to overcoming challenges and achieving results
