OnePort, a collaboration of 3 main container terminals namely HIT, MTL & COSCO-HIT with the foundation of more than 2 decades in serving Hong Kong as the electronic arm of world class logistic hub. We are looking for high calibre to join us for the following position:
Operations & Customer Support Officer

Qualification requirements:
• NO work experience required
• NO sales involved
• Basic computer skills on MS Office; Words & Excel, etc.
• Training with professional knowledge on container terminal operations, international shipping and local logistics industry

Role responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries for electronic shipping documents to meet shipment deadline.
• Provide customer with training on registration and application of new service.
• Handle enquiry on payment, liaise with Accounts Dept billing  on reconciliation if necessary
• Work on roster includes Saturday & Sunday(total working hours equivalent to 5-day work)
