Job Title: Manager, Portfolio Management – Oracle Financing Division (OFD)

Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Manager to lead and build OFD Global Portfolio Management Operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of legal and financial workflows related to bankruptcies, settlements, and delinquency terminations, along with experience in leveraging technology to enhance portfolio oversight. They should also possess a strong background in financial operations and process optimization, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive efficiencies, and implement best practices in portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization
• Develop and establish processes and workflows to optimize portfolio oversight, ensuring alignment with Oracle & NetSuite best practices.
• Monitor and manage termination and write-off requests related to bankruptcies, ensuring compliance with legal and financial guidelines.
• Identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and drive automation initiatives to streamline operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Act as the primary liaison between Legal, Operations, Finance, and external stakeholders, including legal counsel and OFD Assignees.
• Represent the team in executive-level discussions, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Technology & Systems
• Spearhead the development of a centralized platform to enhance global Portfolio Management activities.
• Ensure seamless integration with downstream modules to enable efficient workflows
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement system enhancements that improve data accuracy, reporting, and decision-making.
Team Leadership
• Lead the Portfolio Management team in overseeing customers undergoing bankruptcy, legal settlements, and delinquency terminations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring operational excellence and professional growth.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in financial operations, portfolio management, or a related field
- Experience in bankruptcy, settlements, and delinquency termination processes within a financial services
- Experience in reviewing legal contracts and agreements
- Proven track record in process optimization, automation, and leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams and cross-functional collaboration with legal, finance, and operations teams
- Knowledge of Oracle’s Ecosystem: Experience in Oracle’s products, services, or financing solutions would be a plus.

Develops and monitor P&L forecasts. Develops and monitor metrics to measure other key performance indicators and group performance. Performs competitive analysis.
