Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Marketer to support the APAC marketing team in executing impactful marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing (Event Lead, APAC), this role involves contributing to a variety of marketing projects, assisting in the organization of events, and creating engaging content across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and help elevate OrbusNeich’s image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the APAC marketing team with specific projects as needed, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

• Support the planning, organization, and execution of APAC congresses, workshops, sales meeting events and primary responsibility for the management of Document Control Review approval process.

• Manage APAC specific administrative tasks effectively, contributing to the smooth operation of the marketing department and Secretariat support to management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.

• Develop, design and create marketing collaterals i.e. logos, brochures, factsheet, battle-card, event flyers, launch promotions – that aligns with company brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

• Working closely with Corporate Communication department and global marketing associates to develop APAC related content (both written and graphic) to support corporate communication web pages to maintain its authenticity and relevancy.

• Together with global marketing associates to actively support global social media campaigns and activities on their strategies to support OrbusNeich’s online presence.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a marketing associate, assistant or similar role

• Strong verbal-written communication skills, planning, organizational and marketing skills are essential.

• Independently create content and perform copywriting skills i.e. typography & layout design is desirable.

• Team player and willing to go “extra-mile” attitude to collect data, analytical and reporting is high desirable.

• Attention to micro-details, self-motivated, creative problem solver and strong in completing tasks given with short deadlines.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator or any graphic design software, video editing and photography is a strong consideration for the success of this role.

• Business level speaking and writing proficiency in both English and Chinese is mandatory.

• Proficient in Microsoft office tools i.e. excel powerpoint and word is highly desirable.
