Responsibilities:

• Issue and follow up purchasing order and invoice
   
• Responsible for handling data entry and filing system
   
• Provide clerical and administrative support to purchasing team
   
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
   
• Prepare related documents and reports

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management or related discipline
   
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
   
• Minimum 2-3 years clerical experience
   
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
   
• Independent, self-driven, result-oriented and a good team player
   
• Immediate available is preferred
