Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative direction - translating brand strategies and client ambitions into powerful, immersive spatial experiences that leave a lasting impact

• Manage concept development from initial ideas through to detailed spatial narratives, mood boards, and master layout plans

• Create and oversee 3D visualisations, renderings, presentations, and engaging client pitch materials

• Coordinate the preparation of detailed technical drawings, material specifications, and fabrication documentation

• Collaborate closely with clients, project directors, marketing teams, production/fabrication partners, and specialist consultants to ensure designs are innovative, commercially viable, and flawlessly executed

• Provide hands-on creative leadership during on-site supervision, installation oversight, and final quality assurance

• Drive research into emerging materials, technologies, sustainable practices, experiential trends, and AI-enhanced design workflows to keep the studio at the forefront of the industry

• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level designers, foster a culture of creativity and excellence

Requirements:

• Degree or higher in Spatial Design, Exhibition Design, Architecture, Experiential Design, or a closely related discipline

• 8-12+ years of progressive experience in event/exhibition design, branded environments, retail/interactive spaces, or large-scale experiential projects (with at least 4-5 years in a senior/lead role)

• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and successful delivery of high-impact spatial experiences

• Advanced mastery of 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD / Revit, Adobe Creative Suite; expert-level rendering skills (V-Ray, Enscape, D5, etc.)

• Proven experience with AI-powered creative tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway or similar) is highly desirable

• Strong architectural or interior design background (especially in commercial, retail, hospitality, cultural, or large-scale public projects) is a significant advantage

• Outstanding spatial sensibility, visual storytelling ability, and sophisticated aesthetic judgment

• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects under tight timelines and budgets

• Excellent client presentation, leadership, team management, and cross-functional communication skills

• Passionate, proactive, commercially aware, and excited to shape the future of experiential design in a dynamic, fast-growing studio
