Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of strategies for donor acquisition and retention.

• Execute initiatives to strengthen relationships with donors, with the goal of enhancing donor loyalty.

• Assist the development, execution and evaluation of telemarketing and direct mailing campaigns.

• Conduct outbound calls and handle inbound donor inquiries.

• Follow up on unrealized donations and termination requests.

• Handle online and offline donation forms through data entry and verification to ensure the accuracy and completeness of donor information.

• Coordinate the production, lettershop, and logistical arrangements for retention and fundraising materials, including but not limited to newsletters, receipts, and mailings.

• Assist with donor activities and participate in other fundraising activities as needed.

• Provide support for office administrative tasks and database management.

• Carry out other related tasks as required in the team or Agency.

Requirements:

• University graduate majoring in marketing, business administration, or any related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferable in fundraising, marketing or customer service field

• Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, self-motivated and a good team player.

• Attention to details, high accuracy and target-driven.

• Excellent in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, and fluent Mandarin.

• Knowledge of donor database systems is an advantage.

• Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is a must.
