For our expansion, we want to recruit additional post as follows:
Operation Assistant (Air Freight)

Responsibilities

  • Handling export / import documents
  • Filing and follow up document relating to outgoing shipment, prepare documentation such as issuing invoice/debit note, HAWB/MAWB etc
  • Monitoring shipment with warehouse processing
  • Performing general clerical duties
  • Update the shipment status with customers on daily basis.

Requirements

  • F.6 or above
  • At least 1 year experience in airfreight industry is an advantage (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
  • Familiar with Air Export / Import documentation
  • Familiar in using computer, such as MS word, Excel etc
  • Able to work Independent, mature and hardworking
  • Fluency in written & spoken English & Mandarin
  • Must be good in team work

Salary            : Negotiable (Range: HK$13K – HK$15K)
Working day        : 5.5 days / week
Working hour        : 9:00am-6:00pm(Mon-Fri) & 9:00am-1:00pm(Sat)
Benefits        : Medical, Bank holidays, 12 days annual leave & Double Pay
