Assistant Manager/Business Development Executive

As a leader in new life insurance business and Hong Kong’s largest administrator of retirement schemes, the business serves their diverse client portfolio from its management offices in Hong Kong and through a wide network of banking, consumer finance and insurance subsidiaries throughout the Asia-Pacific region. They are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join their team as an Assistant Manager/Business Development Executive.


  • Provide excellent customer service to enable customers to enjoy the full benefits of our MPF and Employee Benefits products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners whilst also demonstrating strong market knowledge.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective customer service by providing information about products and services that will resolve customer’s needs.
  • Build good rapport and maintain relationship with customers by handling enquiries, resolving customer problems or complaints and follow up in a timely manner.
  • Train and develop new joiners by assisting in on-the-job training.
  • Assist in any ad hoc duties when necessary.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business-related discipline.
  • Qualified with IIQE papers 1, 2 & 3, and Investment Adviser licenses is a must.
  • Valid holder of HKSI licenses 1,7 & 8 is mandatory. Applicants with some of the licenses will also be considered.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in banking or insurance customer service.
  • Basic understanding of the Mandatory Provident Funds or Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance.
  • Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude that can work under pressure.
