Our customer service team runs the daily tasks to ensure the smooth handling of e-commerce and postal items as well as general cargo globally. As the Logistics Officer, you will join a team and work with different stakeholders to ensure professional service is provided to our valued customers.

You will:

• Ensure seamless operation of shipment from origin to destination
• Execute booking and documentation processes with service providers
• Provide after-sales service to external and internal customers
• Prepare and verify cargo reports for stakeholders’ review
• Compile and process data and provide business analysis for stakeholders’ review
• Carry out any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cargo handling within airlines, logistics, freight forwarding, courier express industry or airport ground handling agents
• A positive attitude, self-motivated, customer service-oriented,and good team player with a passion to work in the logistics industry
• Proficient in PC applications and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
