We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic organization. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing compensation and benefits, while closely collaborating with the shared service team. You will also play a pivotal role in driving various exciting HR initiatives. 

 Responsibilities: 

• Lead payroll and employee services delivery through partnership with shared services, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant execution. 

• Design, implement and continuously improve compensation and benefits frameworks’ effectiveness and competitiveness. 

• Act as a strategic partner to the business divisions, providing expert guidance and support in workforce planning and budgeting. 

• Drive HR systems and data capability to streamline operations, support decision-making process. 

• Lead or manage cross-functional HR projects that elevate employee experience and enhance efficiency.

  Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or a related field. 

• Proven track record as an HR Manager with expertise in compensation and benefits, workforce planning, and budgeting. 

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. 

• Solid understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and industry trends. 

• Demonstrated ambition to grow and consistently surpass expectations.
