Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Service Manager to join our medical laboratory team. This role is pivotal in managing relationships with doctors, healthcare providers, and clients. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication, provide detailed service plans, negotiate effectively, and deliver exceptional customer service while identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and service follow-ups.

  • Ensure timely responses to doctor requests and laboratory service needs.

• Service Delivery & Planning

  • Provide detailed explanations of laboratory service plans and offerings.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns.

• Negotiation & Business Development

  • Negotiate service terms and agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefit.

  • Identify and explore new opportunities for business growth within the medical community.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to expand client base.

Qualification and Experience

• Proven experience in team management with strong leadership capabilities

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Solid background in training delivery or customer engagement is preferred
