Pencom is a global manufacturer of custom fasteners and fabricated parts. We are currently looking for a high calibre to join our company.
Purchasing Assistant (5-day work)

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform full cycle of procurement activities including preparing purchase order, price negotiation & etc.
  • Monitor stock inventory and maintain an updated purchasing database & filing system
  • Handle purchasing enquiries, incoming/outgoing correspondence from factories, suppliers and internal parties
  • Work closly with suppliers and factories for order follow up and delivery schedule
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned by manager

 

Requriements

  • Higher Certificate / Diploma in Business Adminstration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience
  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS office applicatins and Chinese Word Processing
  • Able to work independently and attention in details
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
