Responsibilities:
Promoter Management
- Manage promoters’ rosters and leave application approval;
- Handle manpower allocation;
- Supervise promoter team closely to achieve monthly sales target and meet customer service standard by visit stores frequently
- Attend regular meeting with promoter team ;
- Prepare regular sales report.
Client Services
- Develop good partnership with chain stores;
- Attend regular meetings with client;
- Conduct market research & reports for clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in retail industry ;
- With consumer electronics products' working experience will be an advantage;
- Strong market intelligence;
- Strong leadership, good people management and communications skill;
- Knowledge in MS office;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Proactive, energetic dynamic and good team player with positive attitude;
- Immediate availability will be highly preferred.
