We are seeking a Contract Graphic Designer to be responsible for executing product and marketing materials. This includes layout design, photo editing, and other tasks aimed at generating customer interest and enhancing brand equity. The role requires a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness, all while adhering to luxury standards.

Key Accountabilities: 

• Work closely with the Senior Manager, Graphic Design, as well as the Design, Marketing, and Product teams, to ensure that required graphics are created in a timely manner and adhere to Peninsula standards
• Generate design layouts and artworks that are ready for use by manufacturers or printers in standard graphic image file formats for printed materials such as POPs, menus, and backstamps
• Create design layouts for online use, including commercial banners and EDMs
• Edit pictures, including mood shots, product shots, and social media images, to meet Peninsula aesthetic standards
• Produce original images and designs using computer graphics, as well as traditional skills in drawing and painting
• Stay updated on developments in design software and programs 
• Participate in product design and packaging design as needed 
• Undertake any other tasks or projects assigned by the Senior Manager, Graphic Design

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of working experience in graphic design
• Familiar with printing and packaging industries
• Experience in the luxury field is a plus
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and After Effects
• Familiar with photo shooting
• Self-motivated, creative thinker with attention to detail; outgoing, presentable, and proactive in delivering high-quality work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Basic proficiency in Mandarin
