Responsibilities:

• Responsible for organizing BS / E&M contractual matters and co-ordinating with relevant parties including government, consultant, sub-contractor and related parties;

• To supervise and co-ordinate the design, installation, testing, maintenance & repairing of building services and E&M services.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or equivalent;

• Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in Main Contractor /B.S. Sub-Contractor;

• Experience in B.S. systems of medium or large scale building projects is an advantage;

• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese;

• Good interpersonal and communication skills;

• Mature, independent, can work under minimal supervision;

• Less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Building Services Engineer.
