Client Operations Officer (Japanese Speaking)

Our client, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Client Operation Officer (Japanese Speaking) (5 days/ HKI)

Job Descriptions:

  •  Liaison for corporate and business partners, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on operational needs.
  • Answer and problem solver for client queries
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize renewals and growth opportunities.
  • Ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • Min 2 years working experience in B to B/ CS role is preferred
  • Native in spoken Cantonese, conversational in English, Mandarin & Japanese (JLPT N2)
  • Good in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Detail-minded, responsible, with good communication skills
  • IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE or SHORT NOTICE is highly preferable
