Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager

Our client is one of Beauty Retail Company, looking for a high caliber to join the team as Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager

Job duties:

  •  Support the store manager in achieving sales targets, KPUs, and productivity goals.
  •  Monitor sales trends (best sellers, category performance, slow movers) and recommend actions.
  •  Plan and execute in-store marketing such as product launches, pop up promotion , activities and events etc
  •  Maintain and improve visual merchandising standards
  •  Ad hoc projects

 Requirements

  •  Min 5 years of sales & marketing experience in beauty or skin care retail
  •  Strong sense on beauty and skincare market strategies
  •  Good communication and presentation skills
