Our client, a Japanese health and healthcare equipment company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Senior Regional Sales Manager.

Job Descriptions:

• Lead and drive sales & marketing activities across India and emerging markets, including strategy development and execution
• Expand business by developing new markets, channels, and distributor networks while maintaining strong customer relationships
• Monitor performance, manage forecasts, reporting, and support product launches
• Oversee accounts receivable and collaborate with internal teams on marketing activities and promotions
• Provide product training, prepare materials, and handle basic service support and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of sales experience, including APAC markets and distributor management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across cultures and levels
• Business-level English (required to present products across Asian countries)
• Self-motivated, independent, and proficient in computer skills
• Willing to travel frequently within the AP region
