Assistant HR Manager

Our client, a Japanese company (fashion and lifestyle brand) is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Assistant HR Manager (5 Days/ Bonus).

Job Descriptions:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for office and retail staff
  • Partner with stakeholders on hiring plans and talent acquisition strategies
  • Manage HR operations, including employee relations, C&B, performance management, and labor law compliance
  • Drive training, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives with HQ
  • Oversee administration, budgeting, office management, and operational improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with 6–8 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail industry
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related labor regulations
  • Proactive, responsible, organized, and detail-oriented work style
  • Self-motivated team player with a positive and can-do attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good command of English and Chinese
