Floor Manager - Skincare & Beauty

Our client is now looking for a Floor Manager to oversee the retail shop operation 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall daily store operations in compliance with Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor store KPIs and execute strategic sales plans to hit commercial targets.
  • Communicate with back-office team for any support of the shop operations
  • Provide the on job training to shop sales and provide the good customer services 
  • Ad hoc projects

Requirement

  •  Min 5-8 years of front line sales experience with managerial / supervisory experience 
  • Good in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
