Project Management Officer / Senior Officer - Japanese Speaking

Responsibilities:

  • Lead diverse projects (new business launches, digital system rollouts, large-scale promotions) by working backward from final goals to executable tasks.
  • Act as the central liaison connecting Japanese management, local operations, marketing, and external partners to ensure alignment.
  • Review digital UI/UX, animations, and creatives; provide clear, constructive feedback to designers without needing to design personally.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute interactive, gamified events tailored to engage the Hong Kong market.
  • Enforce schedules, identify risks/bottlenecks early, and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Deliver structured, data-driven, logical status reports to senior executives and Japanese management.


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Creative/Digital Media, Japanese Studies, or a related discipline
  • 3-5 solid experience in project management in F&B or Retail 
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Japanese (N2)
  • Good presentation skills
