Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and drive the regional IT strategy to ensure full alignment with the group’s overall business direction and long-term goals.
• Build strong partnerships with IT teams, business leaders, and key stakeholders across Greater China to successfully deliver IT projects and initiatives.
• Continuously improve IT service standards by setting and monitoring relevant performance indicators throughout the region.
• Provide expert guidance, leadership, and professional support to local IT teams on technical and strategic matters.
• Promote effective collaboration between regional IT functions and country-level teams as well as external partners.
• Identify and prioritize IT initiatives that enhance business growth, operational efficiency, and service excellence while optimizing resources.
• Actively contribute to global IT projects and development efforts when required.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of solid experience in IT system administration and development, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of key technologies such as SQL Server, .NET Framework, Visual Basic .NET, and Internet Information Services (IIS).
• Hands-on experience with logistics or supply chain IT systems is mandatory.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in both English and Putonghua (written and spoken).
• Japanese speaking (N2 or above) is preferable but not a must
• Willingness to travel (mainly Greater China).
