Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall project management of the Group’s property development projects, including monitoring the work performance of contractors and consultants

• Support the project management team in supervising and managing the Group’s property development projects from inception through to execution

• Assist in the end-to-end management of projects, covering project planning, design, implementation, quality assurance, cost control and final delivery

• Coordinate with consultants, authorities, contractors and vendors to ensure projects are completed cost-effectively, on schedule and in accordance with management’s quality standards

• Liaise and collaborate with government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal departments

• Provide technical advice on relevant regulations and project requirements

• Oversee the day-to-day operation and management of the Group’s mixed-use properties

• Supervise repair and maintenance works for the Group’s properties

• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

• The role is based in Hong Kong and requires local on-site travel

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Architecture, Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline

• Recognized professional qualification, such as Member of RIBA, HKIA, HKIS, RICS, HKIE or equivalent, is preferred

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, or at least 2 years of post-professional qualification experience

• Experience in residential, commercial and renovation projects

• Familiarity with the full property development cycle, from conceptual stage to completion, is preferred

• Good knowledge of relevant ordinances, statutory procedures and professional practices

• Previous experience on the owner’s side or with a property developer would be an advantage

Technical Skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of CAD drawings would be an advantage

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua a plus
