About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant/ Account Clerk to join our dynamic team at Phonak Hearing Centre Hong Kong Ltd in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District. This full-time position offers a 5-day work week, providing an excellent work-life balance.

What you'll be doing

• ·         To be responsible for assisting in preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements.

  ·         To be responsible for control of general ledger, accounts payable & accounts receivable etc.

  ·         To be responsible for daily cash sales checking, pretty cash weekly bank-in & monthly bank reconciliation.

  ·         To be responsible for monitoring company’s cash position.

  ·         To assist in cope with annual audit.

  ·         To be responsible for general administrative duties.

  ·         To be responsible for assisting in ad-hoc financial analysis.

  ·         To assume additional duties as required.

  (Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant )
   

What we're looking for

• Relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably in the Assistant Accountant or Account Clerk role

• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills

• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment

Job Requirements:

·         Diploma or above

·         LCC 2nd level / AAT

·         Proficiency in using MS word, excel

·         Knowledge of MYOB, or ERP system is an Advantage

·         Independent and self-motivated

·         1-2 years working experience.
