We are looking for a talented Design Manager to lead our creative team in delivering exceptional designs for a diverse range of events and exhibitions. 

Role Overview 

As the Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process from concept to execution. You will lead a team of designers and collaborate with project teams to create visually stunning and impactful experiences that align with clients’ vision and objectives. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead Design Team: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment. 
• Concept Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative design concepts. 
• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. 
• Quality Control: Maintain high design standards and ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and client expectations. 
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into designs. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including sales and marketing and production, to ensure cohesive project execution. 

Qualifications 

• Education: High Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in design, preferably within the events and exhibitions sector. 
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing and developing creative teams. 
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD etc.) and familiarity with 3D design tools. 
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful projects in event and exhibition design. 
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
