Project Executive

Here’s the opportunity for you: 

  • To coordinate with the internal teams on the project planning and execution of the assigned projects. 
  • Involve in project briefing for production and arranging resources support.
  • Check on the production progress and ensure quality of delivery is met.
  • Ensure site operation planning and coordination are handled smoothly and on schedule. 
  • Prepare project budget and involve in the supplier’s selection procedure and manage the overall project budget. 


Are you ready for the opportunity?

  • Diploma or above in any discipline.
  • Strong interest in Exhibition & Event industry.
  • Experience in the exhibition and event industry will be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal, organizing and communication skills.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Fast learner and prepared to take up challenges.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed.
