IT Senior Officer

Purpose of Role

The IT Senior Officer oversees EPOS maintenance and provides support to the IT help desk. They may also assist with IT project management for the company's business expansion initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the IT Senior Officer is responsible for and will support all tasks related to IT management.

 

Responsibilities includes:

  • Provide on-going support and maintenance of EPOS solution by updating menu and marketing campaigns through EPOS system and delivery platform to ensure service stability and availability for our specific needs
  • Assist in the overall planning and coordination work of the new IT projects implementation
  • Administrating and maintaining corporate IP Phone, Network System, Storage and troubleshooting
  • Perform general support services such as system, network and software installation, configuration, data migration, data recovery and backup and user training
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned. 
  • Supervise all daily aspects of IT operations of Hong Kong
  • Assist in help-desk support for internal parties, inclusive of software installation and update, hardware replacement etc
  • Delegate and track all tasks relating to New Restaurant Openings (NRO’s) as well as restaurant system upgrades

 

Requirements:      

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Business Studies or related disciplines 
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in Retail or F&B industry
  • Candidate with less experience may also be considered
  • Independent, self-motivated and excellent team player detailed oriented
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Cantonese and English
  • Preferred knowledge in Microsoft Products, Office 365, Exchange, Share point and Intune
  • Experience in WAN/LAN, Router configuration, Cloud Wi-Fi administration, Firewall, network security, NAS/Storage, IP Phone, VPN, DNS.
  • Familiar with Apple products and MDM
  • Experience of supporting POS will be an advantage
