Responsibilities:  

Responsible for company’s sample control;

Prepare reports and related documentation, maintain records, and present reports to clients;

Assist Quality Control Manager in various QA and QC assignments including understanding of clients’ product protocols, implementation of quality procedures, arrangement of factory audit, lab testing and inspection and monitoring of production schedule; with factories for internal and 3rd party arrangements;

Ensure all products comply with applicable regulatory requirements;

Maintain documentation and records for product safety standards and testing certifications.

Requirements:

Be responsible, proactive, willing to listen and learn. Have good organization. Able to prioritize assignments with good time management and project management skills;

Good command of written and spoken English / Chinese / Mandarin for daily communication;

Higher Diploma or Degree Holder preferred;

Working experience: minimum 3 years;

PC literate and knowledge of Microsoft Office (work, excel and power point);

Immediate available is preferred.
