Responsibilities

• Oversee and review payment processes for raw material purchases and daily expenses.

• ⁠Prepare monthly journal entries and accruals, ensuring accurate reconciliation of actual spending vs. budgeted amounts.

  •⁠  ⁠Conduct financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance reviews for business units.

  •⁠  ⁠Resolve operational issues, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and vendors.

  •⁠  ⁠Develop budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning.

  •⁠  ⁠Assist in system implementation and data warehouse setup, supporting accounting automation initiatives.

  •⁠  ⁠Take on ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.

  •⁠  ⁠8+ years of supervisory accounting experience, preferably in trading and manufacturing industries.

  •⁠  ⁠Strong knowledge of business operations and financial control systems.

  •⁠  ⁠A detail-oriented team player, capable of handling pressure, urgent tasks, and tight deadlines.

  •⁠  ⁠Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with SAP HANA, RPA, and system implementation is highly advantageous.

  •⁠  ⁠Fluent in English and Chinese, with exceptional communication skills.

  •⁠  ⁠Self-motivated, independent, results-driven, and resilient under pressure.
