Senior Fashion Product Development Manager

Ponie International (HK) Limited is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Fashion Product Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Zhongshan, China. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our fashion product lines, translating global trends into market-ready collections and align with our company's strategic vision.

What you'll be doing

  • Trend Analysis & Development – Research global fashion trends and present insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Product Collection Planning – Develop seasonal collections that showcase key fashion themes, including colors, fabrics, and styles.
  • Client Collaboration – Work closely with customers to deliver tailored fashion concepts, market insights and product solutions.
  • Co-Creation - Work closely with designers to create innovative collections tailored to client briefs.
  • Budget & Timeline Management – Oversee the product development process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to deadlines.
  • Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement – Build and maintain strong partnerships with key industry suppliers, fabric mills and industrial supply chains.

What we're looking for

  • Degree holder, preferably in Fashion & Textiles related subjects
  • 10+ years of experience in fashion product development, preferably in a senior-role expertise.
  • Strong understanding of the fashion and textile design industry, including materials, production processes, and industry trends
  • Strong fashion design sense and understanding of American apparel brands 
  • Excellent project management and strong experience in developing trend presentation and product development collection
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong communication and presentation skill of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Proficient in using design and product development software (e.g. Browzwear, 3D fashion Design, AI and graphics design)
  • Willingness to travel as required
