Purchasing Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a high-calibre candidate to fill the following position as Purchasing Officer.  The job is to be responsible for sourcing and purchasing of product & materials to meet market demand.

Description

  • Engage in purchasing activities: issue PO & follow shipping of PO to sustain company's daily operation

  • Follow up the material delivery schedule from the vendors and monitor its performance

  • Source product or parts globally according to required specification by working closely with the Product & Support team.

  • Generate purchase requisitions within the procurement system by working closely with the Admin Officer & Accountant.

  • Travel to meet international suppliers as required.

  • Perform interdisciplinary ad-hoc projects assigned by the director.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in shipping or procurement.

  • Fresh graduates and candidate with lower qualifications will be considered

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. 

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Immediate availability is preferred
