Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle daily accounting operations, including data entry, processing, verification and recording of Accounts Payable (AP) in accounting system;

2. Process payment procedures promptly and accurately via e-banking, cheques, or cash, ensuring compliance with fund payment regulations;

3. Prepare bank reconciliation and accounts reconciliation;

4. Willingness to undertake outdoor assignments when required;

5. Ensure compliance with hospital financial policies and procedures;

6. Assist other ad-hoc assignments as required by work needs.

7. Any other duties assigned by Supervisor(s).

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above in accounting or related subjects;

2. At least 2 years relevant experience;

3. Attention to detail and accuracy, well organized, self-initiated, good interpersonal skill and able to meet deadlines;

4. Proactive, self-motivated, high level of integrity and responsible;

5. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Speaking of Mandarin will be an advantage;

6. Experience in hospital/hotel/healthcare industry is an advantage;

7. Experience in Flexsystem or other finance system is an advantage;

8. Proficient in computer software applications, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and Chinese / English word processing;

9. Immediate available is preferred.
